CIS EUROBOND MARKETWith most US investors gone for Labor Day, liquidity was thin in the Russian sovereign Eurobond market and most issues closed slightly lower in price. Medium- and long-term notes finished with losses of 0.3-0.4 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTNews that Germany was contemplating sanctioning the Nord Stream 2 project sparked a sharp drop in the ruble and OFZ yields to climb 2-4 bps in the belly and at the long end.
