MARKET COMMENT - BRENT AT 21-YEAR LOWS, GLOBAL EQUITIES SLIGHTLY RECOVERING THIS MORNINGThe RTS (1,012) fell 5.3% and the MSCI ACWI global index 3.0% yesterday. Oil market turmoil has been in focus globally, with Brent's front-month contract having fallen well more than 35% since Monday night to a 21-year low around $16/bbl. DM and APAC EM indicators suggest a global recovery today, but oil prices will play a more important role for Russia.
