CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds were in a holding pattern yesterday ahead of today's Fed decision and the possible announcement of measures to contain long-term Treasury yields. Only the Russia 26 (+0.3 pp) and Russia 47 ( 0.2 pp) registered a change in price.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market selloff by nonresidents continued yesterday morning, but it eased later and yields returned to the previous closing levels. The Finance Ministry announced which issues it will offer at today's auctions, which sparked a rally, with both locals and nonresidents on the bid. Yields ended 10-15 bps lower.
