CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading in Russian Eurobonds was thin again yesterday, and again most issues finished little changed in price. Exceptions were the Russia 28, which dropped 0.3 pp to 158.5% (YTM 5.0%, Z-spread 184 bps), and the Russia 47, which slipped 3 bps to 92.7% (YTM 5.8%, Z-spread 251 bps). GOVERNMENT DEBTThe Finance Ministry placed R12.2 bln of the 3y OFZ 25083 (December 2021, 7.0%) out of the R15 bln on offer. The issue received R22 bln in demand. The ministry then placed the full R5 bln of the 11y OFZ 26224 (May 2029, 6.9%), with demand nearly three times higher than the amount offered. The shorter issue was placed with a premium of around 3 bps to the secondary market, while the longer paper was placed without a premium.
