CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds stabilized on Friday following the more than 1 pp drop in prices on Thursday. Most issues closed little changed, though the Russia 35 and Russia 47 managed to add 0.2 pp apiece.GOVERNMENT DEBTYields on long-dated OFZs were down 1-3 bps heading into Friday's open on Wall Street. Later on in the session, a sharp drop in the ruble and a rise in geopolitical risks caused nonresidents to start selling, though local accounts were there to absorb most of the impact and yields finished the day virtually unchanged.
