MARKET COMMENTThe RTS (1,152) and MSCI EM each gained 0.3% on Friday, while the MSCI World (DM) declined 0.3%, largely driven by a drop in the US (S&P 500 -0.7%). The performance gap since the Helsinki summit has narrowed, with the RTS now down 2.5% since then versus a 2.0% gain for the MSCI EM. Friday's US session and today's APAC session have been weak, likely due in part to rich valuations in tech and pre-positioning for the many rates decisions this week.Mobile Telesystems is a provider of mobile cellular communications services in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan to consumers and corporate customers, employing technology based primarily on Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM).
