CIS EUROBOND MARKETCIS sovereign Eurobonds again closed largely flat, with the exception of Ukrainian paper, which advanced 0.2-0.7 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ quotes gapped higher at the opening, despite the weak ruble. Yields fell by an average of 9 bps in the morning. In light of the elevated market volatility, the Finance Ministry canceled this week's OFZ auction. This sparked a further decline in yields, which closed on average 12 bps lower along the curve. However, volumes were not high in anticipation of news from US Senate committee hearings, and they reached only R15 bln.
