CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds advanced amid a sharp decline in the US 10y Treasury yield. The largest gainers were at the long end, the Russia 42 and 43 adding 0.8 pp, while the Russia 28 climbed 0.4 pp to 164.3% (YTM 4.6%, Z-spread 172 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading activity fell again. Turnover came in below R15 bln. Local bids provided some support, and yields closed 1-3 bps lower.
