CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading was not particularly active on the Russian sovereign Eurobond market ahead of today's Fed rate meeting. Quotes did not move much.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields resumed their decline from the opening, dropping by as much as 4-6 bps, with local buying predominating. However, following the Finance Ministry's surprise announcement that it will place the 15y OFZ 26225 at auction today, long-dated yields began to climb, and they finished only 1-2 bps lower on the day.
