CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes generally traded sideways yesterday, barely reacting to a drop in US Treasury yields, though the Russia 43 and 47 each added 0.2 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields rose 1-2 bps yesterday in the 10y+ segment, despite the strength of Wednesday's auctions and a 7 bp decline in the US 10y Treasury yield. Pressure came from the sharp ruble weakening and a persistently high weekly inflation reading (0.2%). The predominance of these local factors was evidenced by the fact that other EM local sovereign debt yields dropped 4-8 bps.
