MARKET COMMENT - RESUMPTION OF US-CHINA TALKS SPURS RALLY, WHILE FOCUS ON OPEC+ TODAYGlobal markets broadly climbed yesterday, the MSCI EM rising 0.9% and its DM counterpart 0.6%. Russia was in the top quarter of EMs, while the RTS climbed 1.5% to 1,402, its highest close since mid-2014. The resumption of US-Chinese trade talks was the key driver for global markets.
