MSCI Russia - August 2019 Rebalancing Review
MSCI released the results of the August quarterly rebalancing overnight, as scheduled. The announced changes take effect on the close of August 27, earlier than has been the case in the past due to accommodation for the Saudi trading calendar. The results came largely in line with expectations for both Russian and major global coverage, with no material changes among Russian stocks.
