MSCI Russia - August Rebalancing Preview
MSCI will release the results of the August quarterly rebalancing after global market closes tomorrow. The announced changes take effect on the close as of August 27, earlier than has been the case in the past due to changes to MSCI's schedule to accommodate the Saudi trading calendar. We expect no inclusions or exclusions in this rebalancing, but rather highlight developments for Saudi Arabia and China that will have global significance, Lukoil's coming tender results and several mostly small float changes that we are watching for in this or a later rebalancing.
