CIS EUROBOND MARKETAfter posting slight gains on Wednesday, Russian sovereign Eurobonds retreated yesterday amid a deepening of risk-off sentiment in global markets. For the day, the Russia 43 dropped 0.9 pp and the Russia 47 declined 0.4 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTDeclining global risk appetite and the ruble's underperformance versus EM peers caused OFZ yields to climb 8-11 bps at the long end and 6-9 bps elsewhere.
