CIS EUROBOND MARKETYesterday, the yield on 10y US Treasuries climbed 2 bps to 1.70% at the open of trading in London and spent most of the day in the 1.69-1.71% range. Toward the evening, however, it edged lower and finished the day at 1.67%. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZs remained flat yesterday amid low activity. Trading was focused on the "old" floaters. Co.'s total net proved reserves totals around 8,088 million barrels of oil equivalent (boe).
