MARKET COMMENT - REVIVED CORONAVIRUS CONCERNS HALT YESTERDAY'S GLOBAL RALLYThe RTS gained 1.2% to 1,557, placing Russia among the best performing EMs for a second day in a row. A more than 2% rally in oil provided background support amid positive but hardly definitive news flow regarding the future plans of OPEC+. Meanwhile, a technical spike in Chinese coronavirus diagnoses has put an end to the rally in APAC markets this morning.
