CIS EUROBOND MARKETUS Treasury yields declined on Friday, which had a positive impact on CIS sovereign Eurobond quotes.GOVERNMENT DEBTActivity was low, and turnover came in below R17 bln. Yields were little changed. The biggest movers were the 6y OFZ 26222 and OFZ 26223, which were both yielding 2 bps lower by the close. Over the week, the 2s10s spread tightened by 7 bps.
