CIS EUROBOND MARKETA decline in 10y Treasury yields - the first in some time - helped Russian and other CIS sovereign Eurobond prices to advance yesterday. Among Russian sovereigns, long-dated issues outperformed, while across the rest of the space the outperformers were the Kazakhstan 44, Azerbaijan 32 and the Uzbekistan 29 (up 0.4 pp each). GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market has been quiet the last few days ahead of the CBR meeting. Yields were flat yesterday and volumes very low.
