CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Russian sovereign Eurobond market remained largely weak on Friday, with only the Russia 28 posting a gain (+0.2 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market saw hardly any deals ahead of Friday's CBR rate decision. Rhetoric from the regulator that was less soft than expected sent yields higher. Yields closed 7 8 bps higher in the 5y segment.
