MARKET COMMENT - TURKISH RATES, US POLITICS YESTERDAY; RUSSIAN RATES, US POLITICS TODAYEMs rallied yesterday, led by a more than 6% gain for Turkey. Russia fared a bit better than average, the MSCI Russia climbing 1.4% versus the group benchmark's 1.3%. Gains were pared late in the session as oil declined and some negative rhetoric came out of the US.
