MARKET COMMENT - REBOUND CONTINUES WHILE MARKETS AWAIT FED MEETING, MACRO UPDATESMarkets continued to rebound yesterday, the MSCI ACWI global index rising 0.5%. Russia was among the best performers, the RTS gaining 2.1% to 1,254. Energy and select financial names dominated gains, while Brent climbed throughout yesterday's session and then more overnight.
