CIS EUROBOND MARKETBy Friday's close in Moscow, the 10y US Treasury yield was trading 5 bps lower at 1.46% and the 30y yield was 6 bps lower at 1.90%. Russian sovereign yields tracked this move at the long end, as did Kazakh paper, which caused a sharp rise in quotes. The Russia 43 and 47 ended the session 1.6-1.7 pp higher.GOVERNMENT DEBTOn Friday, OFZ yields climbed 4-6 bps amid pressure from a weakening ruble ahead of the long weekend in Russia. Local accounts were mainly selling. The release of US data later halted the rise in yields and even caused them to fall a bit. They closed 2 bps higher at the long end and 3-4 bps higher in the belly.
