CIS EUROBOND MARKETWith global financial markets stabilizing, demand for CIS Eurobonds returned. The papers that had slipped the most on Tuesday were paring losses yesterday. That said, quotes were moving higher albeit slowly; it seems investors were positioning ahead of the US Thanksgiving holiday, which starts today. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields slipped 1-2 bps in the segment up to 5y and remained unchanged elsewhere. Flows were fairly evenly balanced among locals and nonresidents. The Finance placed the full R10 bln in 3y OFZs and the same amount in the 5y offering, with no premium provided. The ministry last R20 bln in full was on August 1, before the latest round of sanctions.
