CIS EUROBOND MARKETMedium-dated issues were the sole movers in the Russian sovereign bond market. They rose 0.2-0.3 pp, with the Russia 27 leading the way. Trading activity was low.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was not very active. Volumes totaled R14 bln, with R4 bln of that concentrated in the 10y OFZ 26212. The afternoon saw low-key buying from nonresidents at the long end of the curve.
