MARKET COMMENT - A SECOND DAY OF SHARP RETREATS, BUT INDICATORS ARE BETTER THIS MORNINGWednesday's pummeling of markets continued into Thursday, as the MSCI EM and the S&P 500 for instance fell 3.1% and 2.1%, respectively.
