CIS EUROBOND MARKETA lull in sanctions talk and the absence of negative news helped Russian sovereign issues to close higher. The Russia 47 led the way, advancing 0.9 pp to 96.4% (YTM 5.5%, Z-spread 261 bps), while the Russia 27 rose 0.3 pp to 96.6% (YTM 4.7%, Z-spread 186 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields moved 5-9 bps lower along the entire curve in the morning, while sellers appeared in the belly in the afternoon.
