MARKET COMMENT - PUSH HIGHER IN APAC TODAY; CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS IN FOCUSAverage moves yesterday were slight, with the MSCI EM slipping 0.1% and the MSCI World (DM) edging up 0.1%. Russia was similar, the RTS gaining 0.1% to 1,201. Futures from around the globe and APAC markets are up this morning, but on little definitive news flow.
