CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes gapped higher at the opening following declines at the end of last week. However, later on, prices moved back toward Friday's closing levels. The Russia 26 and 27 outperformed (each up 0.2 pp). Trading was sporadic, and nonresidents were buying. GOVERNMENT DEBTFollowing the selloff at the end of last week, OFZ yields fell 3-4 bps yesterday in the segment up to 5y and 8-9 bps further along the curve. Volumes totaled R22 bln.
