CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign quotes opened higher on Friday, but US investors began to sell from the opening in New York, which curbed the day's gains. Volumes were not high in any case. The Russia 42 outperformed, adding 0.3 pp to 103.7% (YTM 5.3%, Z-spread 226 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTThursday evening's intensification of sanctions talk caused OFZ yields to gap 4-8 bps higher in issues up to 5y and by 12 15 bps further along the curve. The CBR's consensus-defying 25 bp rate hike pushed yields back to the previous closing levels, but nonresident selling continued, and yields closed 2-5 bps higher along the entire curve. Volumes totaled R22 bln.
