CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereigns retreated yesterday in line with EMs amid a drop in risk appetite globally. The biggest underperformer was the Russia 47, which lost 0.7 pp to 93.3% (YTM 5.7%, Z-spread 266 bps). GOVERNMENT DEBTNonresident selling again predominated, though local accounts were still buying in the middle of the curve. Yields closed on average 5 bps higher in the 3-5y segment and 9 bps higher further along the curve. Volumes totaled R22 bln.

EME Equity Market – July 2022 Market performance – markets mostly up during the month, but Russia’s MOEX down 9.4% in EUR terms.
