Debt Markets Today - August 25, 2021. Polyus Releases 2Q21 Financials
CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds demonstrated moderate gains at the long end of the curve yesterday (the issues maturing in 2043 and 2047 added 0.2 pp). In the Russian corporate segment the largest gains came in Gazprom paper (up 0.2 pp), while the underperformer on the day was the Rusal 22 (down 0.2 pp). Other issues saw insignificant changes. GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading in OFZs remained extremely thin yesterday, with volumes only slightly above a third of the average over the last month. The yield curve shifted upward by 1-4 bps, and the "new" OFZ issues were among the laggards. At the same time, 10y local EM bonds saw yields decline, which may indicate that OFZs have the potential to bounce back in the second half of the week.STORIES> Polyus publishes 2Q21 financial results
