CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds continued to trade sideways on Friday.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was largely barren ahead of Friday's CBR rate decision, but yields began to climb and ended 2-3 bps higher after CBR Governor Elvira Nabiullina's press conference, where she said there was still scope to cut the key rate, but by less than previously assumed (see the story below).
