CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe performance of Russian Eurobonds yesterday was quite similar to their performance on Monday. Trading was subdued, but with uncertainty still elevated there were considerably fewer buyers in the market. Russian sovereigns closed with losses of 0.3-1.2 pp, while the corporate segment posted losses of 0.30-0.75 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe selloff in the OFZ market continued yesterday. The market made several attempts to recover, but they were all reversed by a pickup in offers among nonresidents amid a weakening ruble. Yields finished the day 3-5 bps higher. Trading volumes rose to R40 bln, about 40% above the one-month average. It is worth noting that OFZs did not fare any worse than EM peers yesterday. For example, the yields on 10y local government bonds from Mexico, South Africa and Brazil rose 7-9 bps, while yields on 10y notes from Poland and Hungary shot up 15-22 bps.STORIES> Polyus reports 3Q21 IFRS results
