CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussia's sovereign Eurobonds continued to trade sideways yesterday, as did corporate paper. In terms of the latter, an exception to the flat trend was Sovcomflot issues, which added 0.3-0.4 pp and also the euro-denominated RZhD 27 E, which climbed 0.4 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market remained flaccid yesterday, and turnover was concentrated in the issues placed at yesterday's auctions, with R5 bln going through in the 10y OFZ 26235 (March 2031) on the secondary market. Overall turnover totaled R21 bln.
