CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe US 10y yield having retreated to levels close to 1.6% spurred a rally in Russian sovereign Eurobonds. Long-dated issues saw prices move 0.7-0.9 pp higher, while the middle of the curve advanced 0.3-0.5 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTAs global risk appetite recovered on Friday, the OFZ market was rising, and yields fell 3-6 bps - a performance on par with other EM markets.
