MARKET COMMENT - PMI IMPROVEMENTS, US STIMULUS HOPES PUSH MARKETS HIGHEREMs were mixed and DMs mostly positive yesterday on the back of improving PMIs and hopes the next round of US fiscal stimulus will materialize soon. Russia was among the globe's best performers, the RTS gaining 1.9% to mark 1,257. Russian trading data, a long list of US and EM macro reports, API inventories and possible US political remarks on Russia are among events to watch.
