CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe sharp drop in US Treasury yields yesterday triggered a rally in Russian sovereigns. Long-dated issues surged 1.7 1.9 pp, while mid-dated paper was up 0.3-0.8 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was quiet yesterday. If early on nonresidents were still buying, albeit sluggishly, then following the Finance Ministry's announcement of today's auction lineup demand dried up and trading dropped to minimum levels. Volumes traded totaled just R13 bln yesterday.
