CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading was muted on the Russian sovereign Eurobond market ahead of the holidays. Prices were little changed. The new euro-denominated issue continued to consolidate around 100%, with retail demand in evidence.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields began to climb right from Friday's opening amid a sharp drop in the ruble and rising geopolitical risk. Yields closed 5-7 bps higher on issues maturing in longer than 6y.
