MARKET COMMENT - RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT TRANSITION, NORTH AMERICAN TRADE DEAL IN FOCUSThe RTS outpaced peers yesterday, gaining 0.7% to reach 1,612 versus a 0.2% rise for the MSCI EM. Russia saw heavy news flow regarding the government transition as well as corporates yesterday. Globally, the US (+0.8%) and Mexico (+2.0%) led major markets amid Senate passage of their trade deal.
