CIS EUROBOND MARKETIn line with the rebound across global markets, Russian sovereign Eurobond quotes advanced on Friday. Long dated papers were the biggest gainers, the Russia 47 adding 5.3 pp and the Russia 43 3.0 pp. Intermediate issues gained 1.5-2.0 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe return of risk-on sentiment in global markets sent OFZ yields lower early on Friday. The decline accelerated following dovish rhetoric from the CBR, which characterized the ruble weakness as a significant but temporary factor boosting inflation. However, in the evening the local currency began to lose some of the ground it had gained, causing OFZ yields to bounce back. They finished 20-25 bps lower in the belly and down 12 19 bps further out on the curve. Trading volumes totaled R43 bln.
