CIS EUROBOND MARKETAmid rather weak trading activity across the CIS with Russian investors away for holiday, Russian sovereign Eurobonds posted declines over Wednesday-Friday. The Russia 47 posted the biggest loss for the period (1.0 pp), followed by the Russia 43 (0.5 pp). GOVERNMENT DEBTGiven the absence of local investors over the last three days of last week due to the holiday in Russia, the OFZ market was mostly inactive.
