CIS EUROBOND MARKETDespite volatility on the US Treasury market on Friday, trading was sluggish in the Russian sovereign Eurobond market. Buying prevailed in the belly of the curve, while selling prevailed elsewhere, though quotes did not move much.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields held 2-3 bps below Thursday's closing levels on Friday morning ahead of the CBR rate decision. The 50 bp cut and reduction in the year-end inflation forecast from 4.0-4.5% to 3.2-3.7% sparked a rally, and yields closed 8-10 bps lower.
