Russia FX/Rates Snapshot - December 1, 2020
This morning, the greenback is giving back its gains. Today, the focus will be manufacturing PMIs from a number of leading countries. They should be decent and point to a continuing rapid recovery in the global economy. Also, Fed Chairman Jerome Powell and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin will speak in the Senate today. Their speeches could include calls to pass more stimulus measures for the US economy. All of these factors will likely support risk appetite and push the dollar further lower today.
