The US Senate Foreign Relations Committee is scheduled to review and possibly vote on DASKA in a non-televised session starting at 17:30 Moscow time. Were the committee to vote in favor of the bill, it would become eligible for debate and a vote by the full Senate, at the scheduling discretion of the Senate leadership. If negative headlines related to sanctions arise, it could intensify profit taking in the ruble and push USD/RUB to 63, which has recently become a resistance level for it.
