This morning, the euro is under slight pressure again, as German industrial production data for December confirmed the weakness pointed out by the factory order numbers. Investors will now be paying closer attention to the European Commission's economic forecasts at 13:00 Moscow time, which might contain a downward revision to growth projections, as evidence is mounting that the slowdown could be deeper and more prolonged than previously anticipated.
