Today sees a speech by Fed Chairman Jerome Powell, who could comment on the recent increase in Treasury yields and will probably again confirm the Fed's commitment to an ultra-loose monetary policy. If UST yields move back downward after yesterday's growth, or at least continue to be stable, we think the ruble should be able to strengthen to 73.5.
