This morning, the ruble is stable, as is the external backdrop. With today being Thanksgiving Day in the US, major moves in the market are not expected. In focus will be the minutes from the ECB's October meeting, which should shed some light on the prospects for new stimulus and the increase in the QE program that is expected to be rolled out in December in order to support the economy during the second wave of the virus.
