The ruble is stable this morning. The euro has slightly strengthened against the dollar on what seems to be an improving situation with the pandemic in Europe and has consolidated above the important level of 1.19. The focus today will be eurozone economic confidence for November, and trading, like yesterday on the US holiday, will be quite calm.
