This morning, the dollar is weakening against most EM currencies. The ruble is outpacing peers with a 0.6% gain on the greenback. The seeming shift in the focus of the US from Russia to other countries has helped the local currency, though the possible extension of European sanctions today could weigh on Russian assets.
