CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds came under pressure on Friday due to a sharp rise in US Treasury yields. The Russia 35 and 43 fared the worst, both losing 0.2 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was flaccid on Friday in anticipation of the announcement of the next government and its spending plans, while many US investors were likely already absent ahead of today's holiday. In the evening, local bids at the long end pushed yields 1-4 bps lower. Volumes totaled R21 bln.
